1. In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour and salt.

2. Add the melted butter and gradually add warm water to make a soft dough.

3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

4. Divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls.

5. Roll each ball into a thin disc using a rolling pin.

6. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.

7. Place the rolled roti on the hot tawa and cook for a minute.

8. Flip the roti and cook the other side until brown spots appear.

9. Brush some melted butter on top of the roti.
