Coconut ladoo
Coconut Ladoo is a popular Indian sweet made with grated coconut, sugar, and cardamom powder.

Preparation

1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.

2. Add grated coconut to the pan and roast it for a few minutes until it turns slightly golden.

3. In a separate pan, heat sugar with 1/4 cup water on low heat until the sugar dissolves completely.

4. Add the sugar syrup to the roasted coconut and mix well.

5. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts coming together.

6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

7. Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool.

8. Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, grease your palms with ghee or oil and shape the mixture into small balls.

9. Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.

10. Coconut Ladoos are ready to be served. Enjoy!
