In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, mashed potatoes, finely chopped onion, grated ginger, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper powder.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a lollipop around an ice cream stick.

Repeat the process for the remaining mixture.

Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.

Gently place the crab lollipops in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the lollipops from the oil and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
