Preparation

In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.

Take each chicken piece and dip it in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated chicken pieces on a plate or tray.

Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.

Fry the chicken nuggets in batches for about 5-7 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove the nuggets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
