Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add the mashed sweet corn, grated cheese, mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, all-purpose flour, green chili, coriander leaves, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls.

Heat oil in a deep pan/pot for deep frying.

Once the oil is hot, carefully add the corn cheese balls into the oil, a few at a time.

Fry them on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure to fry them evenly on all sides.

Remove the corn cheese balls from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
