Preparation

1
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour and water. Knead well to form a soft dough. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.

2
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

3
Add the ginger and garlic paste, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

4
Add the chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.

5
Add the minced meat and cook until it is browned and cooked through.

6
Add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.

7
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle.

8
Place a spoonful of the cooled meat filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges of the dough to cover the filling and seal it properly. Roll the dough again into a circle, ensuring the filling does not come out.

9
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the stuffed paratha on the hot tawa and cook until brown spots appear on one side. Flip the paratha and cook the other side in the same way.

10
Apply ghee or oil on both sides of the paratha while cooking to make it crispy.

11
Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

12
Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
